Administrative Training Institute

According to the National Training Policy, every State is required to have an Administrative Training Institute (ATI). YASHADA is basically the ATI for Maharashtra, though it has grown into an umbrella organization that houses many other wings. Therefore, ATI forms the core of YASHADA. ATI performs the following key functions.

Conducting the training needs analysis

Preparing systematic design of training

Application of appropriate training pedagogies, methodologies delivery

Development of faculty trainers

Planning management of the annual training calendar its monitoring

Evaluation of training on a regular basis
