The Management Development Centre has increased YASHADA's horizon in terms of extending its training activities to national and international government organisations, public and private sector corporates including IT and banking sector companies..

Objectives

Develop a comprehensive framework to use knowledge as a strategic tool for enchanting effective managerial performance; Facilitate optimum utilization of the Academy's facilities and achieve functional excellence in customer services; Design need-based management programmes to facilitate vibrant and ethical governance in the state of Maharashtra and share our success nationwide.
